A two-time PBA Player of the Year, Aulby entered the Hall in his first year of eligibility. All totaled the Indianapolis native has 27 titles and six Major titles to his credit. He is one of just four players to complete professional bowling's "Triple Crown" and the only athlete to add the Masters and TPC titles for the "Super Slam." Aulby was also known as one of the "good guys" on the PBA Tour as evident by his two Steve Nagy Sportsmanship Awards. He also is the only player in PBA History to win the PBA Rookie of the Year Award (1979) then go on to capture the Player of the Year Award ('85 & '95).
